Project Manager
Carla has been in Food, Beverage & Hospitality industries for over thirty-five years. After working as the assistant to the Food & Beverage Director at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Carla joined Rosemont Project Management in 2017 as a Project Coordinator. Carla was promoted to Project Manager in 2018.
Carla is responsible for managing OS&E projects from start to finish. Drawing on a diverse background, Carla applies rigorous organizational skills, operational insight, and hands-on knowledge to the sourcing and management of OS&E.
Carla also works with the IT team for procurement of IT orders.
Carla’s responsibilities include:
▸ Collaborate with ownership and operations teams to ensure sourcing and procurement align with Hyatt OS&E Brand Standards.
▸ Identify and source additional or alternative OS&E items as project needs evolve.
▸ Prepare and submit RFQ’s, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders to suppliers
▸ Develop, manage, and track the OS&E budget throughout the project lifecycle.
▸ Monitor delivery and receiving reports to ensure accuracy and schedule adherence.
▸ Coordinate and expedite shipping, delivery, invoicing, and final close-out for all OS&E orders.
▸ Partner with Hyatt’s IT Hotel Openings and Transitions team to support logistics, planning, and execution of pre-opening IT procurement.
