WAREHOUSE & INSTALLATION

Rosemont Project Management delivers comprehensive warehousing and installation services for hotel renovations and new construction projects. Partnering with trusted service providers, they receive, inspect, and verify all FF&E and OS&E deliveries, document discrepancies, and maintain secure, climate-controlled storage with advanced, real-time inventory tracking. When installation begins, teams coordinate deliveries, stage materials, and professionally install all FF&E components while ensuring brand compliance, functionality, and completion of punchlist items, resulting in an efficient, seamless project from procurement through final closeout.

PROJECT ACCOUNTING

Rosemont Project Management provides project-specific accounting services that give owners, lenders, and brands clear visibility into project budgets, expenditures, cash flow, and variances. Our focus is strictly on project-level financial management, not ongoing hotel or corporate accounting operations.

For each project, whether guestrooms, public spaces, or back-of-house improvements we establish dedicated budgets, track approved costs by scope, and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Project funds are managed through a designated Bank of America project account, allowing Rosemont to reconcile transactions, manage cash flow forecasting, and maintain clear financial separation and accountability.

REPLENISHMENT PROCUREMENT

Rosemont Project Management manages full purchasing management for hotels, sourcing and replenishing all FF&E and OS&E needs while maintaining brand standards and controlling costs. We source and vet suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and manage deliveries from start to finish, reducing operational burden, preventing revenue loss, and ensuring consistency. Properties save significant time on sourcing, issue resolution, and vendor coordination, while owners benefit from clearer reporting, improved spending visibility, and stronger budget control.
