IT PROCUREMENT
Rosemont Project Management’s IT procurement services support hotels by acting as a central point of coordination for the purchase of technology systems, from guest-facing platforms to back-of-house infrastructure. We work closely with ownership, brand, operations, and designated IT teams to procure the required hardware, software, and initial operational contracts, while aligning all purchases with project budgets, schedules, and brand standards.
By combining purchasing expertise, vendor relationships, and hotel-specific technology knowledge, Rosemont helps reduce cost, risk, and complexity for owners and operators. Our role is to make IT procurement clear, organized, and transparent—so technology decisions support both opening milestones and long-term operations.
We collaborate side by side with your ownership, brand, operations, and IT stakeholders to define technology requirements and coordinate purchasing for approved systems. Whether it’s PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, door locks, TVs, networking, or back-office platforms, we translate operational and IT inputs into clear, actionable procurement requirements and manage the purchasing process through delivery and readiness for installation.
Project and lifecycle management
Implementation coordination: Sequence deliveries and installations so that low‑voltage cabling, networks, systems, and devices are in place on time for opening or renovation milestones.
Budget and timeline control: Track every IT item (from switches to in‑room phones) against the budget, flag variances, and adjust scope or vendors as needed to keep the project on budget and on schedule.
Asset and license tracking: Maintain records of procured equipment, warranties, and initial software licenses to support owner and IT team planning for future renewals, upgrades, and replacements.
Clearer financial picture: Upfront visibility into all IT‑related CapEx and ongoing OpEx (subscriptions, support contracts, connectivity) so proformas and operating budgets are more accurate.
