Maricela joined the hospitality industry 30 plus years ago with Hyatt Hotels.  Throughout her career, she has worked with Rosemont Project Management, where she has led Hyatt’s purchasing and contract negotiations for FF&E, OS&E, and IT projects.

Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and dependability, Maricela is well suited for roles requiring high-level client interaction and internal team leadership.  She consistently leads complex negotiations to achieve project margin objectives while ensuring quality and compliance.

Maricela has completed hundreds of projects and has extensive experience in vendor sourcing, quality assurance, supplier financial analysis, conflict resolution, and project negotiations.
