Nate Bell is a Project Manager with Rosemont Project Management, specializing in OS&E procurement and delivery for Hyatt-branded hotels. Prior to joining Rosemont in 2023, Nate held senior hotel leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Housekeeping, where he supported multiple hotel openings and operational transitions. This background allows him to approach OS&E projects with a unique operations-first mindset, ensuring items are not only compliant with brand standards but also practical, cost-effective, and ready for day-one operations.

In his current role, Nate manages OS&E projects from concept through close-out, partnering closely with owners, operators, designers, and vendors. His strengths include budget development and control, strategic sourcing, RFQ and purchase order management, logistics coordination, and delivery/receiving oversight.
