Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and project management industries. She joined Rosemont Project Management in 2007 after spending nine years in various roles at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and vendor coordination. Over the course of her career, Nicole has built extensive industry knowledge along with strong, lasting relationships with both suppliers and clients.

At Rosemont Project Management, Nicole oversees projects of varying size and complexity. Her responsibilities include:

▸ Reviewing designer specifications
▸ Preparing and submitting RFQs to suppliers
▸ Analyzing RFQs, offering alternates, and preparing bid analyses
▸ Developing and managing project budgets
▸ Issuing and tracking purchase orders
▸ Expediting orders and coordinating deliveries
▸ Preparing project status reports
▸ Reviewing and processing invoices while maintaining accurate payment logs
▸ Conducting jobsite visits and project review
