Tim has been in the construction and procurement industry for over 10 years. He has worked on numerous F&B, hospitality, and retail FF&E projects in both a buyer and project manager role. He joined Rosemont Project Management in 2023.

Tim is responsible for managing projects from start to closeout. Some of his responsibilities include:

▸ Reviewing and logging designer specifications
▸ Preparing RFQ’s to suppliers and obtaining bids from multiple suppliers to review.
▸ Preparing project budgets to present to project ownership.
▸ Identifying potential alternates for time/cost savings
▸ Managing model room installation
▸ Issuing purchasing orders
▸ Processing invoices and keeping proper log of payments.
▸ Expediting orders and issuing reports of delivery.
