Tina Longawa is a Senior Project Manager with more than 36 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She joined Rosemont Project Management in 1999 after spending nine years with a contract furnishing and design firm. Throughout her career, Tina has developed extensive industry expertise and built strong, lasting relationships with both suppliers and clients.

Tina is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity. Her core responsibilities include:

▸ Reviewing designer specifications
▸ Submitting and evaluating Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
▸ Offering alternates and preparing detailed bid analyses
▸ Negotiating costs and preparing project budgets
▸ Preparing and issuing purchase orders
▸ Expediting orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing status reports
▸ Reviewing and processing invoices
▸ Conducting jobsite visits and project reviews

Tina also manages a team of managers, providing oversight across multiple projects.
