HYATT CENTRIC CHICAGO MAGNIFICENT MILE
Owned by Northwestern Memorial, opened in 1999 Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, located near Michigan Avenue in the Streeterville neighborhood. Rosemont Project Management recently handled the FF&E purchasing for the hotel’s renovation of the public areas, restaurant, guestrooms, suites and corridors.
Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile has completed a multi-phase renovation that reimagines its guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces, and restaurant/lounge. The project, led by Anderson/Miller, Ltd. in collaboration with Rosemont Project Management and JLL, emphasizes modern design, local artistry, and guest connectivity. The renovation showcases works from Chicago-based artists as well as others, including Alexandria Eregbu, Adrianne Hawthorne, Shae Synnestvedt, Kenyatta Forbes, Steve Salgado, and Joe Kraft, celebrating the city’s vibrant creative community and adding unique character and a sense of place to every space.
Rosemont Responsibilities included:
Model Rooms, Renovation of 270 Guestrooms and 74 Suites
Public Areas Included: Employee Locker Rooms, Banquet Seating, Pool Furniture, and Restaurant.
