PARK HYATT CHICAGO
Owned by Hyatt Corporation, the iconic Park Hyatt Chicago opened in 1980, as the first Park Hyatt hotel. Rosemont Project Management handled the FF&E and OS&E purchasing for the hotel’s redesign of the guestrooms, suites and corridors.
As the first major renovation since the hotel’s opening, Rosemont was challenged with a fast-paced schedule to complete the renovation during the property’s five-month closure. Rosemont purchased all the FF&E and OS&E items for the $60 million dollar redesign of the guestrooms, suites and corridors. As part of the refresh, the Park Hyatt Chicago’s suites selection nearly tripled. The Rosemont team worked with Anderson Miller, and Pepper Construction to complete the renovation on time. The guestrooms and suites were thoroughly designed from fixtures and furniture to wall and floor coverings, providing a residential feel, deeply embedded in luxury.
Rosemont Responsibilities included:
Renovation of 146 Guestrooms and 36 Suites (ALL FF&E and OS&E)
After the redesign, the property was able to earn design accolades that include:
